Our newly refurbished modern 2 studio apartments are perfectly suited for family or group 4-5 guests wanting to explore inner Tokyo. both APT are at the same floor (2th floor) of a modern building. Walking distance to all of shinjuku area.There are 3 station can be used,so easy access to every area in Tokyo.With a mini kitchen, bath room and coin laundry at 1th floor in the buidling.The apartment is excellent way to experience all sides of Tokyo living.There are 1 semi-double bed and 1 single bed in the apartment 1 , also 2 single beds in another APT. You can rent 2 apartments for group 4-5 persons.

- We try to keep the rules simple: - Please don't smoke inside the room. You can smoke at main entrance at 1th foor. - All musical instruments, stereos, radios, and your voice volume, etc., should be at a volume that won’t disturb the neighbours. Sometimes this can be quieter in Japan than other countries, please keep this in mind. - Please ask us if you want to invite anyone over. If someone is staying overnight there is an extra charge which is 2500Yen per person. - Please wash any dishes you use and try to leave the apartment in about the same condition as when you arrived. It helps us a lot to maintain a comfortable and clean environment. - When entering the room please remember to take your shoes off inside. - Please always give a smile to the neighbours or property manager if you see them :). Some of them may worry about new guests arriving so a smile is important! - Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when you are out the apartment. We want to help the environment. - Check-out has to be done by 10:00 am. I’m sorry but we have to charge you 3500 yen per hour for late check-out. It’s because we have to pay the cleaner for the extra hours and it will cause trouble for the next guests arriving. If you could treat our place like it's your own house we will be happy :)

this is our first time using Airbnb but it's a horrible experience and I strongly NOT RECOMMEND to all of you to choose this host. 1) We have a group of 5 people. After booked the apartment, one of my family member was unable to travel due to diagnosised a serious disease. she needs to go to undergo treatment everyday and not suitable to travel, and one more member is not going too as he is going to take care of the family member who got a health problem. Before one month of the trip(early July), we informed the host TAKAKO about the situation to see if she could let us to cancel the booking without charges for this unexpected case and hope she can resell the apartment in order minimise the lost of both side. However, she ignored all our messages and reply us just like a robot that we should follow the policy. 2)Anyway, we just shorten the first period of stay for one night and arrived Tokyo today. We supposed to have 2 rooms, no matter how many ppl we are travelling, but then when check for the key guide she send to us earlier, the 3 ppl apartment, has not provided the PIN for us to unlock the box which containing the room key. And then we find that there is a pin just wrote on the greeting email, we tried but it still cannot get the key. We tried to contact her by phone but it has no answer. Then we need find a place that have WIFI to email her about the case and she finally send us a correct PIN. At last we wasted more than an hour to open the door, with such a hot weather in the corridor. 3) After entered to the room is an another mess. The room is extremely dirty with a lot of hair and dust on the floor, and even a used cotton bud and a bottle cover. And there is some bad smell in the toilet. We used the vacuum cleaner provided in the room to clean the floor(I don't know why we paid the cleaning fee but we need to clean ourselves). And even worse is that some of the towels are blotched and We can't even sit on their beds which made us terribly uncomfortable and itchy. We truly cannot accept staying here for few more nights and we decided to contact the Airbnb customer experience team overnight. Luckily the staff is really kind and helpful. After knowing about our situation, he immediately help us to deal with the host and we provided the prove of serious disease of my family member and other evidence of the dirty room. And the next morning we heard a good news that customer experience team successfully helped us to cancel and refunded all other night of stays. We really appreciate customer experience team helping us to stay away of this 'haunted apartment' and would like to...

Hi Ricky! I hope this finds you well. I'm saddened to have read your review about my service and my apartment's condition. However I feel deprived and treated unfairly being a host and escalating this directly to Airbnb and posting this review without giving me a chance to rectify the situations if there's a need to. Before anything else I would like to address some issues; 1) You did book total of 5 guests, which we had to modify due to different stay period. I have addressed that issue properly. I hope you understand that this listing is for 2 combined apartments. You cannot book just one of the two because it's set. I helped you out change and modify the dates of your stay period without any problem. 2) When you informed me about one of the guests being unable to travel due to health reasons I offered option to change the number of guests. I would respect if you will end up cancelling it but I informed you about the cancellation policy. Which I believe it's there for a reason. 2) On Airbnb we prepare linens, bed arrangement, and amenities based on the number of guests booked. I follow the same for everyone. 3) Regarding the PIN we both know I sent the new and updated information 1 month before your arrival. You even acknowledged it. That's why it's important to read the guide sent by host and check Airbnb messaging for any changes in order to check in smoothly. 4) Regarding the cleanliness, you never mentioned about it. Most guests would normally send pictures to host showing the room situation. But you never did. You escalated to Airbnb I'm just not sure if you sent them pictures becaus I did not know until I received email from Airbnb. You received the full refund from Airbnb which they had to debit from me. I wished you could have informed me well and fairly. Have a nice day!

Firstly, the host was very prompt in her replies. The cleaning staff, and the building staff were very helpful and polite. The locality is good. The major drawback was that the apartment was not clean at all. We asked the host to send someone to clean it, and she did, but he came in only with a bunch of wet wipes, to clean a clogged bath tub and a dirty floor. The apartment was cleaned just abruptly and not thoroughly because there was hair everywhere and even on the apparent new linens. The host was prompt enough to reply quickly but that was the only good point.

Takako's communication is great, very easy to contact. The apartment is rather small but its okay because the price is very good. I need to move the beds to unpack my 28" suitcase and the bathroom is very small for person with height > 180cm but others is okay. I'm satisfied enough with Takako's place.

Hello !! Beautiful Autumn has came in Tokyo! Go outside and see many things in Tokyo!!

I am working for network communication company as VP of Sales. I go overseas on business trip quite often. I went to Shanghai and Beijing in China, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Madrid and Barcelona in Spain, Istanbul in Turkey, North Carolina in US this year. Although it is on business, I love visiting overseas and enjoy the culture, food, history and talking with local people a lot. It has been decided that next year I will visit Rome and Firenze in Italy, Dublin in Ireland and I am really looking forward to visiting those places ;-)
I lived in Melbourne for 2 years while I was an university student and Brisbane for 2 years for work. I really enjoyed living there and exposure to different culture was really exciting.
Since I love spending time out in nature, during holidays I go camping and fishing with my family and friends. There are quite nice places to camp within 1 or 2 hour drive from central Tokyo and also we can rent a small boat to enjoy sea fishing. I also love whiskey and currently am into single cask whisky and therefore I am looking for a chance to visit Scotland ;-)
Also, I love Thai, Taiwanese, and Korean food so much!! Also love to visit those regions again!!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy travelling in Japan and I can help you get relaxed while you are in Tokyo !!
