I'm a retired attorney and my husband, Jay, is still practicing law. For the past 20 years we have had students, some professors and some medical people from all over the world stay with us for 6 months or more usually as temporary schlors. This has been an experience that has enriched our lives so starting to host AirBnB guests is a natural for us.
We enjoy music, especially alternative rock and world music and attend as many concerts as we can so we are really familiar with music venues in the city - large and small. Jay is also into lots of sports -watching not playing - especially hockey and British Premier League soccor.
We have always tried to use traditional B and B's when we travel - especially in historic locations. I find that visiting a city is much more interesting when you can get information from a resident. We hope to help our guests have a richer experience in Pittsburgh.
