Newly-renovated 1-bedroom house with modern kitchen and bathroom, wood floors and beam ceilings. Bedroom's french doors open to a gated yard. Air con and Heating units in each room. King-sized bed and pull-out sofa will comfortably accommodate two. Wifi and Cable TV. Great natural light throughout makes the perfect place to let your creative juices flow. Walk to great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Located in Mid-city, minutes from The Grove, LACMA, WeHo, Koreatown and Culver City.

The house is completely renovated and modern. Clean, peaceful with lots of natural light and a king size bed and french doors that open to a gated yard. My goal is to help provide an excellent stay for you in Los Angeles and a clean, comfortable space for you to rest and let your creative inspiration flow.

I like to personally welcome guests, so either I or my girlfriend will meet you when you arrive (we live in the back house). And if you want local recommendations or want to chat about the film business, or tech, or anything else, I'm glad to share my thoughts on any and all topics.

There is ample street parking available. However, if you want private parking, you can rent my gated parking space for an additional $20/day. No smoking inside. You can smoke outside, but please be respectful and clean up.

First of all , it's brand new ! Exceptionally clean & well thought out ! Super convenient to all of LAs important places ! LACMA , the Grove , Santa Monica beach , the fabulous Miracle Mile ! Our family was thrilled to have a place so close to them for future guests ! Dave is extremely patient and very kind ! We wish him the very best ! Thanks for a very nice experience !

Dave's place is a new and tastefully remodeled creative space in a central location. The unit is exactly like what's in the pictures and very comfortable. I was able to rest and work during my stay there. Dave is a wonderful host and communicative. I hope to come back again in the future. Thanks Dave!

Dave's place is the perfect little hub for exploring LA. It's central location is super sweet if you're visiting a variety of places spread throughout the county. Parking is not super simple but something we were willing to deal with as Dave is very upfront about the limited number of places (we always found a space, sometimes just a little further than ideal). The place was exactly as pictured and described, comfy bed, extra bedding and towels, toiletries, hair dryer, small iron board w/iron. Overall we had a great stay at Dave's place and I would highly recommend.

Great space with excellent decor that is very clean and well-maintained. The space is separate from the main house which gives you privacy. I also felt safe, which was a concern given it was my first stay in an airbnb. The added feature of air conditioning was really nice for warm August days! Dave was there to meet me and very informative throughout the process. I appreciated his professionalism and patience with my lack of familiarity with the process! Wouldn't hesitate to book in the future if possible.

Beautiful, clean, and roomy brand new space. I was worried about parking but never had a problem. I always found a spot close by. Dave and Elizabeth are really great hosts.

I'm a Los Angelino, born and raised. Mid-40s. I own a 3-bedroom house which is on the same property as this rental. I'm a video producer, director and dog advocate. I currently work for a tech non-profit. If you want to know something about L.A., I have plenty of recommendations to share - food, music spots, hikes, shops, fun places to go.

Having lived all over the city, my girlfriend and I chose to buy in Mid-City, because -- it's Mid-city! It literally is in the middle of the city. Which makes it close to everything and easy to get everywhere. Halfway between Downtown and Venice Beach, a few minutes LYFT ride to downtown Culver City, Koreatown, West Hollywood, The Grove, Melrose Ave and both the Metro and Expo train lines. Pico Boulevard was named by our Mayor as part of LA's Great Streets Initiative and the house is walking distance to great restaurants, coffeeshops, boutiques, and bakeries. The house and property is safe and private.

LA is a car culture, but LYFT and UBER have changed the game as far as getting around. If you do decide to rent a car, street parking is amply available, or you can rent my gated parking space for $20/night.
