Welcome to your exclusive residence to his life in the central area of the North coast of Puerto Rico. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house, while two others are on the second floor. The rooms on the first floor there are two queen size beds, two bunk beds with two full-size beds", 3 beds twin size" and two modern bathrooms. RESERVATIONS
1. Your reservation is paid in full.
2. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

RETURNS OR REFUNDS

REGISTRATION
1. Check in time ("check-in") to enter the property will be from 3:00 pm onwards and departure time ("check-out) must be no later than 12:00 pm, case an additional night stay otherwise be charged. In the case that for personal reasons the guest have to register your entry after 8:00 pm will have to notify this 24 hours prior to arrival. NUMBER OF GUESTS

CLEANING THE PROPERTY

3. Please empty the refrigerator (Fridge & Freezer) before leaving.

5. Please clean all the used dishes and cooking gear.
6. The common areas and hallways must be kept clean.
7. Dirty towels should lie down in the basket ("hamper") assigned.

SECURITY MEASURES

DAMAGE

9. The house towels are for internal use only.
10. Not use the towels to clean.
11. Tenants to be careful not to take foreign bodies that may block health is requested.
12. No nudity or "top-less" be allowed in public areas of the property.
13. Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.

USE OF SERVICES

7. Jacuzzi Area

b) Maximum capacity of entrance to the Jacuzzi is 2 people.
c) The owner will give instructions for its operation.
8. The owner assumes no responsibility for external services hired as transportation ("Taxi"), grocery delivery ("grocery delivery"), car rental ("rental cars"), child care ("babysitting"), etc.
9. The use of the computer and printer must be consulted with the owner for authorization beforehand.

SILENCE AND RESPECT
1. We only ask that you respect the property and the neighbors as if they were theirs too.

BREACH OF RULES

ACCIDENTS OR INCIDENTS IN AND OUT OF PROPERTY

2. The owner assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items belonging to customers. BARBECUE AND BONFIRE
