We are a couple of Chicagoans who in our heart of hearts love the mountains. When we decided to buy a Park City condo some years ago, we had several items on our wish list. We wanted to be close to the ski hill, have easy access to the buzz of Main Street, and yet be able to retreat to a place that was peaceful and quiet. Imagine our delight when we found a place that fulfilled all of this and more! Thanks to the management support of the Kennedy's, we are now able to open our mountain home to others who feel the pull of Park City, Utah's Wasatch Mountain Range.
UNIQUE FEATURES OF OUR HOME AND SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:
• Open concept living area features comfortable furnishings, HDTV with entertainment, gas fireplace and access to your private deck with mountain views.
• Full kitchen looks out to the living area – complete with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space to cook and entertain and dining table with seating for six (6).
• Private deck offers views of Park City Mountain and the Park City Golf Course - it is equipped with patio furniture and BBQ grill.
• Master Bedroom (1) – queen size bed (sleeps 2), quality linens and bedding, closet, dressers and en suite bathroom.
• Guest bedroom (2) – two twin size beds (sleeps 2), cathedral ceilings, armoire, mountain views and shared bathroom.
• Guest bedroom (3) – two twin size beds (sleeps 2), dresser and shared bathroom.
• Access to the 3 Kings Clubhouse which offers Guests a year-round pool, hot tub and more.
• Bus stop is also situated close to your unit, so can easily take Park City’s free public transit system to Main Street, shopping, restaurants, activities and events.
Our three-bedroom townhouse is right across the street from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. You will literally be steps from the little ticket office at the bottom of the parking lot. The east windows and deck face the 16th green of Park City Golf Course, so the views are lush in the summer and dotted with cross country skiers in winter. The front door of the unit opens onto a tree-filled courtyard.
Once inside, you will find yourself in an entryway with racks for ski storage and a bench to sit on while buckling your ski boots. There is an apartment-sized washer and dryer stacked in the foyer closet. On the left is the door to the master bedroom with its adjoining full bath. The queen-sized bed frame is pine accented by wrought iron oak leaves. Two nightstands and a large dresser complete the room. If you leave the bedroom and continue down the hallway, you’ll pass a powder room and arrive at the entrance to the open concept kitchen, dining area and family living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, brand new stainless steel gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, and microwave as well as other small appliances for your culinary adventures. We like to cook and eat in, so we are fairly well stocked. The kitchen looks out over a breakfast bar that can seat six and into the family room beyond. The recent addition of a 40-inch flat screen TV should keep you entertained when outdoor activities have you ready to take it easy. At the end of the day, a leather sofa and several swivel chairs make the living room a cozy place to relax around the dancing flames of a gas log fire. A nook at the end of the room features a small desk for your laptop as well as access to our deck when the snow cover allows. The dining area has a table that can seat six and a china cabinet.
Just off of the living room is the door leading to our private deck with views of Park City Mountain. While visiting our home this March, we purchased a new patio set with seating for four people and also installed a new gas BBQ grill.
Heading up the stairs, you will find the other two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. The room at the top of the stairs has a dresser, a closet and another TV set. Its sloped ceiling makes it a perfect hangout for kids, though adults can manage comfortably. The other bedroom has an armoire for storage and features a high, cathedral-style ceiling as well as a third TV. A tall narrow window fills the room with light on the many sunny Park City days. Between the two upstairs bedrooms is a full bath accessible through the hallway. New, thick towels await you after your bath or shower.
Underground parking is available and one space is designated for this unit. Should you need one, an additional parking space is available outside the Three Kings Cabana, half a block away. The spectacular mountain views from the cabana’s outdoor pool and hot tub may be a highlight of your stay if you are here during the winter or summer seasons. Men’s and women’s shower and sauna facilities are conveniently located inside the clubhouse next to the pool area.
If you remember our second “wish list” item from the top of this description, we also have access to Main Street via the free shuttle bus system that serves Park City. There is a stop right across the street that will take you to downtown Park City, Deer Valley Ski Resort, the Canyons Mountain Resort, or even Tanger’s Outlet Mall.

If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival you will receive all money paid back but the $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel 29 days prior to arrival there is no refund.
