• Our beautiful mountain ski home is situated right at the base of Park City - formerly Park City Mountain Resort - now the largest ski resort in the United States.
• Renovated and restored Park City home with 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms and can sleep twelve (12) people in seven (7) beds.
• Private and secluded Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for six (6) people and large balcony off of the second living room / den.
• Bedding configuration: king size bed, three (3) queen size beds, two (2) twin beds, sleeper sofa.
• Stunning family room, complete entertainment center with 42” HDTV, Comcast TV, DVD player, LG sound system and Wi-Fi.
• Private garage - ideal for winter and summer.
Once you enter the property, you will feel right at home! Head downstairs to the main level of the property and that is where your family and friends can gather each day before you head to the mountain and each afternoon, after you return from an epic day on the slopes. The large family living room is well equipped with comfortable suede furniture, matching love-seat and a leather wingback chair to relax in while watching your favorite sports on the 42” HDTV with Comcast, DVD player and LG speakers.
The gourmet kitchen is beautifully renovated to feature thick granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, a complete range of household appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and other small household appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.), large pantry, breakfast bar with stool chairs for three (3) and a wide variety of cookware, corning-ware, dishes and utensils to prepare all your daily meals. The kitchen conveniently flows into the formal dining room with a beautiful mountain chandelier, hardwood dining room table and seating is available for ten (10) people. Just off of the dining room is a small balcony.
The main floor offers you access to a private Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for six (6) and is just one of four outdoor spaces that you can enjoy while staying here. A full bathroom (1) is also just off of the kitchen and is equipped with a walk-in shower, granite countertops, stainless steel finishes and toilet. A stackable washing machine and clothes dryer is also convenient situated on the main floor and is nicely tucked away in a closet.
Through the living room, head downstairs and that is where you will find two of the five large bedrooms and a second living room / den, which is ideal for larger groups and families. The second family living room is equipped with a 37” HDTV and full entertainment center with a DVD player & Comcast, plush & leather detailed sofa that can also convert to a pull out bed and hardwood tables with appropriate lighting. The third (3) balcony / outdoor space is situated just off of the den and offer great views of downtown Park City and it’s Historic Main Street.
The first bedroom (1) features a queen size bed with hardwood bed frame, large dresser and closet for storage, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan and a private en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom (2) has a bathtub, shower, tile floor, long granite countertop with Kohler sink and toilet.
The second bedroom (2) features a queen size bed, large wood dresser and closet for storage, two (2) nightstands with lamps and recessed ceiling lighting. It is also important to note that the ceiling height is just over nine (9) feet, which is unique to this single family home and the Park City area. The third bathroom (3) is equipped with a long granite vanity with Kohler sink and stainless steel finishes, bathtub, shower and toilet.
Head downstairs one more time to the walk-out basement level, where the other three (3) bedrooms are situated and the first room you’ll encounter is the master suite i.e. the third (3) bedroom. The third bedroom (3) features a king size bed with hardwood bed frame and comfortable linens and bedding, large antique dressers, a 42” HDTV with DVD player & Comcast, two (2) nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, access to the fourth balcony / outdoor space and another private en suite bathroom. The master bathroom (4) features a long granite counter top with a his and hers Kohler vanity, stainless steel fixtures throughout, bathtub, shower and toilet.
The fourth bedroom (4) is large in size and comfort and offers up another queen size bed with a log pole hardwood bed frame, large closet and dresser for all your personal effects and nightstand with lamp. The fifth bedroom (5) is ideal for children as it has two (2) twin beds, two (2) large dressers and closet for all your storage needs, recessed lighting and again, those nine (9) foot ceilings continue throughout the third floor, so the home continues to feel open, large and comfortable for all. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share the final bathroom (5) and it’s equipped, similar to all the others, with a granite countertop with vanity, bathtub, shower and toilet.
Whether you choose to visit in the serene winter season or summer months, this home is ideal for all vacationers and travelers!

Guests may park one car in the garage and one car in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street.
What is your cancellation policy?:
If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival you will receive all money paid back but the $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel 29 days prior to arrival there is no refund.
