The Duke @ wellington is close to everything that makes Niagara Amazing! Wineries, Art Centre, Farmers Market, Niagara on the Lake (25min), Niagara Falls (20min), Shopping + the Outlet Mall, Restaurants, Montebello Park + more. It's a bright, clean, modern space with comfortable queen beds, a newly renovated bathroom + kitchenette. The space is perfect for couples, business travellers + families.
The Duke @ wellington has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds and luxurious beddings. The rooms are appointed with a small seating area in each perfect for relaxing before bed with a glass of wine or planning the days adventures in the morning over coffee. The Duke is based on double occupancy in each bedroom. If you are booking as three people you will have two bedrooms. If you want all three bedrooms for less that 6 people you will pay the full rate.
The apartment has a living room with a couch, chair and all th comforts of home. It is the perfect place to gather as a group to plan the days events as well as a kitchenette consisting of a undercounted refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. It is modern and clean and offers all of the amenities today's travellers are looking for.

Your accommodations are located on the second floor of our building with a private entrance. The space is approx 1200sq. feet and extremely well laid out giving a group of 6 all the space they need to make even an extended stay at The Duke @ Wellington comfortable. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room and three bedrooms all with a queen size bed. The number of bedrooms available to you will depend on the number of guests in your group as the rate changes for more people.

My husband and I and our 2 dogs live next door to The Duke @ wellington. We own and operate the restaurant on the same block, Wellington Court Restaurant + Catering. Erik and I are here to help with anything you need whether that be directions, suggestions or food! We are happy to be able to offer take out from the restaurant. We are long time residents of the area and have operated the restaurant for over 27 years. We have many friends in the hospitality industry and are happy to offer suggestions or help with arrangements during your stay with us.
We do not provide parking at The Duke however there is a paid lot next door to the property for your convenience.
- House rules in brief: no smoking, no parties or gatherings (with people not registered), no loud music, no noise at all after 11 pm (we love our neighbours and it is a town by-law), no pets, and no more than 6 overnight guests. Occupancy Conditions 1. Liability: You accept full responsibility for all damages caused to The Wellington Modern Apartment (inside or outside), including all content. The Property Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to occupants, or loss of personal property of any kind. Occupants are responsible for the safety and security of all persons both inside and outside of the premises, at all times during the rental period. 2. Loss or Damage: We reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage assessed upon departure. If extra cleaning or sanitizing is required over and above what would be considered normal wear and tear, a fee will be charged automatically to your credit card to cover the costs and a detailed description will be supplied. 3. Quiet Enjoyment: In accordance with St. Catharines by-laws, ‘quiet time' for the town is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, we ask that you respect this by-law. In addition, we require that at all times all occupants behave appropriately and respect our neighbours. 4. Parties: We do not allow weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, parties of any other sort, or gatherings other than with those on the occupants' list. 5. Non-Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the premises. 6. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. 7. Candles: No wick-burning candles are allowed. 8. Furniture: Please do not rearrange indoor furniture. 9. Information sheet/residence policies and rules: Upon arrival an information sheet will be available for your review. Please ensure you read and agree with the information sheet, policies, and rules. Contact us immediately if you identify any residence deficiencies so that we may address them at the beginning of your stay. 10. Reservations are non-transferable. The person who books the reservation must be the person checking into the residence.
