The house is located on a busy street - so please be aware of that when booking. The street noise can be construed negatively, and please don't book if this will impact your stay and ratings poorly - as we want to keep all guests happy and our listing in line with their expectations! As you can see from the reviews, most people aren’t bothered by the noise, but only fair to mention it. We do have new windows to address the issue as best as possible.

An avid skier and outdoorsperson, I enjoy spending time in the mountains with my wife, kids and friends. I relocated here from the busy easy coast in 1990 and never look back! We love to stay in AirBNB properties around the world. Our favorite destinations include Kenya, Turks and Caicos, Kauai, Portugal, Italy, and New Zealand.
