Phillip and I have restored a 166+ year old home in downtown Fenton, where we live with the friendliest Red Fox lab, named Bama. Our home is our refuge and one block from the Laundry restaurant. We hope you will enjoy it with us in the near future. The Loft @ 208 is a private studio suite above our garage with a queen bed, and a single pullout, two tvs, Phillip's bar, fridge, microwave, wifi and a complete bath. Two black leather sectionals complete the setting for a memorable weekend getaway.
Entry is via a code from the driveway door, through the entry room to the stairs, up to The Loft. The Loft is a new space having just been added to a 166 year old house in historic Dibbleville. It is approximately 900 square feet, cozy, comfortable and unique. Everything you need to have a memorable visit. There is a queen bed, a pull out single, 2 sectionals and a blow up mattress if needed.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests can entry through a semi-private door between the house and garage. This is an entry area leading to a hallway/stairway to The Loft. There is a private door at the bottom of the stairs leading to the rear deck as well as a door with a lock separating The Loft from the entry area. Access to washer and dryer is available off the entry area. The Loft is equipped with a fridge, Keurig, microwave but no stove. However, when you are this close to so many great restaurants/bars, who wants to cook?!
Échanges avec les voyageurs
We are available but not intrusive. The Loft is separate from the house. A barn door is the divider between the entry and the hallway/stairs to The Loft. There is a door with a lock at the bottom of the stairs (Loft), for additional guest privacy.
Bama will be in our house, not in The Loft or in the entry. They are completely separate.
A bottle of wine will be waiting for you in The Loft, to help you begin your stay.
Please observe 11 PM til 8 AM as our quiet hours.
Smoking is ONLY allowed outside on the back deck, or outside the main entrance. The Loft has a private entrance to the deck.

We live one block from the Laundry restaurant and we are excited to share that Fenton has it's own 'Speak Easy.' We will share the secret of how to get in when you stay with us. We both work a lot with demanding positions and so our home is our refuge. We hope you will enjoy it with us at some point in the near future.
