We both work most weekdays, but have considerable flexibility in our schedules. If you need something we can respond within a couple of hours...usually much sooner. If we are available and you need a recommendation, tour of the gardens or directions, please let us know.
After hurricane Katrina we rescued two longhair miniature doxies. At 12 years old Sable and Sophie tend to be pretty mellow. However, on occasion they get excited and bark. This is always true when greeting someone coming through the back gate. We work to be conscientious of noise, including their barking.

Aaron and I are long term Madison residents who enjoy working in our celebrated gardens, cooking, political banter and care takers of our 114 year old home. We were unofficially married in our backyard in 2003 and then legally married in 2014 while on a tour of the White House in Washington, D.C. Aaron is employed by the city of Madison. I work as a psychotherapist with a focus on domestic violence and trauma. While we enjoy playing host we also have respect for those who are looking for privacy and solitude. We live on the first floor of our home with another apartment sharing the second floor with the studio apartment.
