The whole apartment is yours to enjoy respectfully during your stay. It has a simply comfortable feel, and is more spacious than first impressions. Just off North Street, it offers immediate access to the pedestrianised town centre - 5mins walk to the Festival theatre, Priory Park & Chichester Cathedral. 10mins walk to the train station, and bus station providing access to the Witterings beaches, and often shuttle services to major Goodwood events.
The apartment is on the first floor, so a wonderful space to relax & watch the folk of Chichester pass-by. It is an older property with a rear entrance, making it quiet despite it's central location. The kitchen includes electric oven & gas hob, washer-dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
M&S and Tesco express a short walk for those who like to home-cook, whilst those who prefer to put their feet up will be well served by the local cafe, smoothie shop, and numerous restaurants/bars & pubs, local take-aways and COOK kitchen.
Should you bring the car, there is a car park & metered spaces directly behind the apartment - to avoid the pedestrianised area, you should approach via West Street or Orchard/Chapel Street (not North street).

Where-ever possible I like to meet & greet you on arrival, however, if this is not possible a key will be left for you. If you need to arrive outside the favoured timings, this may be possible to arrange. If you'd like to stay for a longer period than available on the calendar, this may also be possible by arrangement.
You are asked to respect the older neighbours (with front door directly off the shared stairs) by keeping noise to a minimum when you enter & leave the apartment, especially after 10pm. Please take care on the stairs which are partially lit after dark.
Please do not park in the spaces directly outside the apartment which are important for local trade & neighbours.
Without exception - there is to be no smoking, candles/naked flames or pets within the apartment or on the patio. No music outside the property please. Thank you for respecting my home & neighbours.
