His last two assignments were of an executive chef cum DGM- Operations of DLF Homes, and was responsible for complete clubs operations and administration for the super luxury Homes division of DLF Homes; and then CEO of Modern Banquets & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Jammu. He has already set up successful restaurant projects internationally, and ultra luxury clubs named the Aralias & Magnolias in Gurgaon. In addition, he has also established a convention centre in Jammu for a capacity of up to 5000 guests.
Globally recognized as hospitality visionary, Sunil Marwah has been recipient of many prestigious accolades. He has been featured in many magazines, newspapers, and television channels like NDTV. Currently he is working on publishing a cookbook. His technical knowledge in health & hygiene gained from premier institutes like IHM, CIA, and Norwegian Institute brings a young, vibrant commitment to excellence and a refreshing down-home sensibility that shows the finesse of a Chef and manager of worldly experience and wisdom. Even today, his indomitable spirit and enthusiasm see him working on elaborate plans for the future.
