INSIDE THE HOUSE
After parking in the gravel driveway spacious enough for 2 cars, you’ll see the outdoor patio off to left of the house. With a fence separating it from the Sanctuary, the patio features a gas grill, a hammock, and a glass-top table with seating up to 4. Enjoy the sounds of nature and walk along the path leading to the estuary behind the house.
Enter house through the sun room and enjoy nature from a cool and shaded spot. The sofa in the sun room transforms into a queen-size bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people.
Through the sun room is the open-plan kitchen and living room with plenty of space. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools necessary to whip up a delicious meal. A small dining table for 4 is located just off of the kitchen.
The living room has another queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a love seat, gas fireplace, and a lift-top coffee table where you can answer some emails or enjoy a snack.
A half bathroom is located just next to the living room with a single-sink vanity.
As you make your way upstairs, you’ll see a built-in bookcase at the top of the first landing. Choose a book and take it to the patio or sun room!
At the top of the stairs is the master bedroom and bath. The bath is to your left, with granite counters, double sinks, a large mirror, and a walk-in shower. A full washer and dryer set is also here – feel free to use it!
The master bedroom is just around the corner with carpeted flooring, a queen-size bed, 2 plush armchairs, and a 40-inch mounted TV. Here, you’ll get gorgeous views of the estuary on one side and views of the front yard on the other side.
The house is located on the quiet Fresh Brook Estuary in South Wellfleet, just a mile away from the stunning Cape Cod National Seashore. At high tide you can launch your kayak right from the back yard. Bring your kayak or rent one nearby! Nature lovers will be in for a treat, as the Wellfleet Wildlife Sanctuary and Trout Creek are literally in our own backyard!
You can easily access the Cape Cod Rail Trail from here: take a bicycle ride through salt marshes, cranberry bogs, and pine forests to anywhere in Wellfleet all the way down to Dennis.
With its close proximity to Route 6, you can also go to nearby attractions such as the Wellfleet Drive-In Theater, just a mile away.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
