Host has discretion to restrict firepit usage. Newly-installed solar collector panels will extend our swimming pool season (approx. Mar-Nov), but we cannot guarantee year-round pool temps in the 80's.

There is a keybox for flexible access to the property, check-in is 2 PM or later; check-out by 10:00 AM, unless the host has agreed to other times via confirmed email or text.

Although we love hosting you, we may need to ready the property for a new guest, so failure to timely check-out may result in non-judicial lockout. The main house is occupied (by your hosts); you ARE NOT SHARING the host's home. There's only one guest house on the premises, and the casita guest(s) will be allowed exclusive access to the pool and patio area (apart from the hosts occasionally to perform maintenance tasks).
Guests all seem to agree - It is very much like having a private hotel room, only more exclusive and economical. We set high standards; and wish to exceed them for you. We are an easy commute from the airport and highways 17 & 101; set back just enough from the main road for privacy, with primo views and extreme proximity to dining/shopping.

- Pool use is at the guest's own risk. No glass on pool deck.
