Welcome to our awesome apartment in Cape Town!
We're centrally located in the trendy suburb of Green Point, and easily accessible by car or bus from the airport. We're walking distance to the stylish Cape Quarter where you can shop for groceries, browse the boutiques and enjoy meals and coffees on the piazza. The V&A waterfont, CBD and CTICC are within a few minutes from the apartment.
Our place is comfortable, clean and suitable for holidays and business trips.
The apartment is a modern 63sqm recently renovated unit with a small balcony and a garage.
The space has an open plan layout of the lounge and dining areas, with a modern kitchen.
The balcony has gorgeous views of the city and harbour. Views are also visible from most of the seating in the lounge and dining areas.
The balcony is a perfect place for early morning coffee and also for sundowners. It gets direct sunlight up until noon, (which can be very hot in summer, but from about 1 or 2pm it's comfortable to sit out there).
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There's also a French Press/ coffee plunger to make your coffee.
The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, and we provide you with fresh bath and hand towels.
Bedroom 1 is spacious with a queen sized bed and built in cupboards.
Bedroom 2 is a compact room and has a double bed plus built in cupboards.
You're welcome to use the garage if you hire a car. It's a small garage, so a city car like an Audi A1 or Ford Fiesta are the best fit.
The building complex is situated at the top of a steep hill which is easily accessible by car. You may also walk up the hill from the myciti bus stop, but please note that if you're only moderately fit or unfit; have knee, hip or other health issues, then its probably best to take an uber, taxi or hired car.

Cape town is an awesome city to explore, and we'd like you to make the best of your stay by offering these common sense guidelines:
Sunblock is strongly advised from Spring to Autumn, and especially in summer. Re-apply often when visiting the beaches, and if you're going to be outside, wear a hat. We have harsh sun in South Africa, and it doesnt take long to sunburn. Apply your sunblock regularly throughout the day.
If you're going to the beach, only swim in designated areas. There can be strong rip tides and currents.
If you're planning to explore Table Mountain on foot, Cape Town Tourism recommends the use of a qualified mountain guide. If you're an experienced hiker, make sure to take a Table Mountain map, comfortable walking shoes, water, a few friends and a charged cell phone (mobile). Also prepare for rapidly changing weather; bring sunblock and something warm to wear. Start heading back well before dark and keep to demarcated paths.
Please note that like in most cities in the world, Cape Town experiences opportunistic crime. Please ensure that you prepare for your safety when visiting the city. Some basic guidelines for your safety would be: Not to walk alone during the day, and not at all at night. Keep your valuables out of sight and don't flash your wallet or cash. Never accept help from anyone when you're using an ATM.
Keep the doors locked.
-Guests are expected to respect our space, our neighbours and the common areas.
-Please keep our apartment clean. Wash your dishes, take out the trash.
-Respect quiet times.
-Absolutely no smoking in the apartment. You’re welcome to smoke on the balcony - there's an ashtray in the storage box.
-Please close all windows and the sliding door every time you leave the apartment. This is to prevent dust from blowing in and dirtying your space, or agitating allergies.
-Lock the sliding door and close the security gate at the front door every time you leave the apartment.
-Use the door stopper to prevent the front door from slamming.
-If staying for longer than a week please allow us access to the apartment to arrange for a cleaner to come in and do a clean.
Cape Town is currently experiencing a serious drought and we are on Level 4b water restrictions. Please be water-wise and respect the restrictions. We've posted some tips on how you can do this in the bathroom and the kitchen.
Water restrictions allow for 87 litres of water per person per day.
Please only use the washing machine if you have a full load of washing.
The Noon Gun:
Every day at precisely noon, the Noon Gun on Signal Hill is fired.
The shot is heard loud and clear from within our apartment, but no need to be alarmed. You will hear the shot at noon every day except Sundays and public holidays, and can set your clock by it ;)
