Brand new 4 BR, 4.5 Bath house, located in a gated community, with pool and kiddie pool. It's right on the Pacific Ocean, which has the same nice warm climate year around and perfect temperature of the ocean. A huge advantage is that it's located right next to the Casa Andina Hotel, so you can walk there for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or visit their bar. It's only 10 minutes to Zorritos to the North, or about 45 minutes to Máncora to the South. It's 45 minutes from the airport in Tumbes.
When you have more guests than the house accommodates, you can always have the extra people check in to the Casa Andina Hotel, which is right next door to the house, and is an extremely nice property with an outstanding pool. And the rates are very reasonable and the staff super-friendly. And your guests will still have access to the house via a very short walk on the beach.

I'm a well-traveled businessman (Chief Financial Officer), and I speak four languages: English (native), Spanish (excellent), French (intermediate) and Russian (intermediate). I used to live in Latin America for about 10 years, working for a few U.S. multinationals. I lived in Colombia, Panama and Ecuador, and have traveled and visited Perú extensively. My wife and I own a beach house on the very northern coast of Perú, and a flat in the Barranco area of Lima, Perú, and we plan to rent both properties out when we are not in Perú. My two children are grown, and my wife Cansy (Peruvian) also has two grown children. I love art, wine, golf and traveling, and meeting interesting people. We love life, and have a positive attitude, and love to be around other positive, active, fun people.
