We are delighted to make our apartment available and have tried to provide everything to make you feel at home.
At the same time, we rely on the Airbnb principles of care and respect for the host’s home and hope you subscribe to the same.
To help with this our specific rules are as follows:
1. Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years)
2. No smoking indoors
3. You are responsible for your visitors. There is a strict no party policy.
4. Please show courtesy and respect for our neighbours, especially when it comes to loud music and other noise.
5. Damages and breakages - please let us know ASAP so we can discuss and agree how best to handle any instances.
6. If there is a call-out or verified complaint, then the security deposit will be forfeited
7. Please do not move large furniture
8. The person making the booking must be staying in the apartment and be present when collecting the keys.
9. Please leave our home in a clean and tidy condition..
10. For security and to help prevent weather damage we ask that you close all windows and lock all doors when leaving the apartment.
And finally, don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Most importantly, enjoy your stay.

Feels like home, but with waaaay better view. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close to the Zoo and a few hidden spots that overlook the entire sydney skyline.

My wife and I have been at this apartment for 3 months and it has exceeded our expectations. The apartment is well appointed and furnished in a manner that makes it feel like home. Gabriele and the hosts, David and Helen are lovely people, respecting our privacy and constantly checking to ensure that all is well. The description of the view is accurate, "unobstructed water view" So if you like a quiet peaceful location and you don't mind a short but steep hill climb, then I thoroughly recommend it.

David and Helen's apartment has beautiful character and is bright and clean. Clifton Gardens area is lovely and quiet and there are beautiful scenic walks in the national park close by. We found it very easy to get into the city - just a few minutes walk to the ferry link bus stop. Thank you very much for having us!

Great view, great host, great place! Can't say much more. Modern, clean, beautiful design and fantastic terrace to enjoy the view of the water and Sydney headlands. Short walk to the bus, which is a 5 min ride to the ferry into the city. Sounds daunting at first, but very smooth & easy. Just make sure to get an Opal card prior for bus & ferry.

What can I say about this lovely apartment. It is in a stunning location and newly converted with every luxury touch you could think of. Helen the owner lives in the house directly above and is the embodiment of kindness even taking my husband and I on our first day for a tour around Mosman and Balmoral and giving us restaurant tips. The apartment is managed by Gabrielle but any issues just pop up and see Helen or David her husband. Bathrobes and slippers, fine bed and bath linens and toiletries plus a full cable TV package and excellent wifi for those who need constant modern communication. Its a 15 minute walk to the shops and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop down to Tarronga Zoo Ferry Terminal. Your views from the terrace are wonderful and Chowder Bay is a great place for a morning run but be warned, the apartment is on a steep hill. Parking is free and plentiful if you are thinking of bringing your car. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again despite the fact we stayed during Sydney's monsoon of rain week which curtailed all our planned beach activities. The Public Dining Rooms at Balmoral Beach is a real treat and the shops in Mosman may encourage your wallet out just a little too much. Also highly recommend the lovely Art Deco cinema in Cremone which is an easy Uber ride away.

Perfect location with views of the harbour. Short walk to great little beach with cafe and restaurant. Ten minutes by ferry to Circular Key. Walk into Mosman for many high street shops. Excellent walks in Harbour NP on doorstep. One note of caution it's on a steep hill.
