The space, light and the location make this converted barn a delightful place to stay. The open living creates a particularly sociable atmoshere. The position is adjoining beautiful walks and a 70 acre common yet central to many of the Norfolk and Suffolk market towns and coastal resorts. The Barn should suit an extended family or group of friends. The 5th bedroom adjoins the master bedroom so offers limited privacy but would be ideal for young children.
Away from the bedrooms the Barn is very much one big communal living area. The huge openness compared to most houses allows you to be part of what's going on and yet have a privacy that space affords. In practice this seems to help group gatherings work really well. The large enclosed garden is also great to enjoy games or just being outside in the open air.

Bedroom two is set up as two 3'x 6'6 singles but can be made up as a double if requested.
We are not on mains drainage, so please do not flush any additional items down the toilets other than toilet tissue . We share a large klargester unit within the barn complex and this could easily get blocked .
Please keep to a 20mph limit whilst driving along our 700 meter drive that leads to the barns . This is also a public footpath that is often used by dog walkers and there may be children playing .
Should you approach the barns via the common (known as Hales Green ) Please do not drive through to the barns via the private grounds of Loddon Hall .
Please do not wear shoes upstairs or in the bedrooms .
Please respect our close neighbours by not making excessive noise or playing loud music with all windows and doors open .
Please do not venture into the paddock or the pond opposite . This is privately owned.
Please ensure all windows and doors are pinned back securely when opened .
