Seaside Beach and Racquet Club includes one indoor pool and two outdoor pools, as well as a top notch fitness facility, with tennis courts and shuffleboard.  There are also barbecue grills and picnic areas to enjoy your favorite grilled cuisine.

There is plenty of room in this spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, with a Sleeper Sofa, for the entire family. The condo sleeps 8 with the sleeper sofa. Enjoy breathtaking views while relaxing on your private balcony.  With a fully equipped Kitchen and your own washer & dryer, you will truly feel at home. This property is equipped with an elevator, so no need to haul all your beach belongings down long flight`s of stairs!

How old do I need to be to rent the property:

Anyone age 25 and above may rent a vacation property through Gulf Coast Vacation Getaways Rentals & Sales LLC.  Guests under the age of 25 must have direct adult supervision at all times when on rental premises. Absolutely no unit will be rented to vacationing students under 25 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian of age as mentioned above. The person checking in must be the person who is renting the unit. Any reservations obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of prepayment, rental payments, taxes and fees.

Occupancy:

Occupancy will be limited to the sleeping capacity of each rental property.

Travel Protection Insurance:

Travel Protection Insurance offered through CSA Travel can be purchased up to 72 hours prior to the arrival of your vacation stay with us.  The cost is a mere 6.95% of your applicable, total reservation stay with us.  Please see the offer attached to your reservation for details regarding cost and benefits.

Damage Protection Insurance:

We encourage all guests to purchase damage protection insurance. This can be purchased through us.


Cleaning Fee: 

A cleaning fee is added to your stay.  This fee varies based off the property occupied. 
 
Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in is after 3 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date.  If an early check in is requested, a $75 early check in fee will be charged.  This is due to the re-arranging of cleaning personnel to accommodate your request. Properties may vary for Check In Times.  You will be given your Check in time upon making of your reservation. Check out is no later than 10 a.m. on your scheduled day of departure.  For any late check outs, a $75 late check out fee will be assessed.

Check In Procedures:

Your Property being rented location determines check-in procedures. Check In starts at 3:00 p.m.  Certain properties offer express check-in. If staying in such a property, you will receive your entry code no later 24 hours prior to arrival.  Early check may be possible depending on if your accommodation is cleaned and what time of the year your vacation is with us.  Housekeeping may require extra time during the busy season. Note:  Your Icemakers will be off and no ice present for sanitary reasons.  Turn them on upon arrival.
 
Check Out Procedures:
 
Checkout is promptly at 10:00 a.m.  If there is a late checkout and our staff can not get in to clean for the next guest, there may be a $75 Fee charged to your account.
 
Make sure the kitchen is left clean with all dishes, pots, and pans washed and put back in the appropriate cabinets and trash is removed from your property. Please put trash in the any Trash chutes and/or trash receptacles which are at the property.  Also, please turn any icemakers off.

Set the thermostat temperature at 75 degrees F for summer and 68 degrees F for winter. 
Housekeepers will strip and remake the beds, replace linens, vacuum, dust, clean the bathrooms, and mop the kitchen floor. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged.
Return Keys from where you picked them up at your check-in location!  Unreturned or lost keys and any applicable passes (pool, rec rooms, etc…) will result in a cost to you of not less than $100. 
 
Length Of Stay: 

The minimum length of stay will depend on the property and/or time of year. 

Parking:

Parking will vary based on the property being rented.  Most condominiums and some homes prohibit boats, trailers, and jet skis.  For parking guidance, please refer to the property description on the web listing or call a reservationist.
 
Agency Disclosure:

Gulf Coast Vacation Getaways Rentals & Sales LLC serves as the agent and representative of all owners of condominium units and houses on its rental program, and is acting always, in and for the best interest of the owners.

Maintenance:

Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators or any other common area amenities, infrastructure or equipment.

Property Inspection and Repairs:

We reserve the right to enter rental premises at any time for the purpose of inspection, repair, or other management requirements. 

If The Property Is For Sale:

Gulf Coast Vacation Getaways Rentals & Sales LLC may need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort to schedule the showing at a convenient time. No inconvenience discount is allowed.

Pets:

We are a pet friendly company.  If you are going to bring your pet with to one of our pet friendly properties, there will be a $150 pet cleaning fee added to the standard cleaning fee pertaining to your specific property.
A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises at any non pet friendly property will cause immediate tenant eviction and forfeiture of entire rent payments, prepayments, taxes and fees.  If it discovered that a pet was on the premises after you check out, a $150 pet cleaning fee will be assessed.  Local kennels are also available for boarding pets should you require this service: Coastal Pet Resort (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

INCLEMENT WEATHER: 
 
There are no refunds due to inclement weather.  No refunds issued on cancellations due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricanes/Tropical Storms.  It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.  Gulf Coast Vacation Getaways offers travel insurance through CSA Travel.  Travel insurance information is offered during your initial reservation.  Please contact a reservationist for any questions regarding this.

The view was perfect! The location was extremely convenient to restaurants, arcades, grocery stores: everything you could possibly need. Easy check-in/check-out. I would recommend this condo and we plan to be back.
