Beaver Pond Northstar Luxury Chalet with Hot Tub has just finished a brand-new remodel, adding a travertine entry, brand-new hot tub in secluded location behind garage, and expanded living spaces. Come see the best and newest Northstar has to offer! With 4 bedrooms, a loft and 3 baths sleeping up to 12, there is room for everyone. Perfect for 2 families, there is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, two kids rooms with a twin and a bunk bed set each, and a sleeper sofa in the loft.
The large Great Room has a real wood fireplace with gas assist, two-story windows, comfy couches, and a large dining table. The remodeled kitchen looks out to the living room, so the cook is always in on the action. There are TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and upstairs den, free wifi and domestic long distance phone calls, DVD and CD player in the living room.
Ski home via the Par Course by the Recreation Center (weather permitting), then take the shuttle back to the slopes in the morning!
Head over to the NPOA Recreation Center and use your passes to access the year-round outdoor heated lap pool, huge seasonal recreational pool, three big outdoor hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness center, seasonal tennis courts, playground, arcade, and game room with ping pong, pool tables, and air hockey! There is a $2 fee per person to enter. Or, you can shop, eat, ice skate, see a movie or experience the s'mores and fire pits waiting for you at Northstar Village.
In the summer, enjoy the 18-hole golf course, divided into the "mountain nine" and the "valley nine" for great variety. Or, you can take the gondola up the mountain and test your biking mettle on the trails and terrain features. Northstar is also centrally located to all the attractions of the area: five minutes to Truckee, five minutes to Kings Beach and Lake Tahoe, ten minutes to Crystal Bay's historic casinos and nightlife, fifteen minutes to Incline Village's dining and casino, and 30 minutes to Alpine, Squaw, and Tahoe City.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
