This dog-friendly, mountainview condo is spacious enough for eight travelers and is just a short walk from the ski-slopes. Guests of this home are also welcome to enjoy a number of resort amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center thanks to the Northstar Property Owners Association.
Walk or take a shuttle to the nearby Village at Northstar where you can hop on the lifts and ride up to the top of the mountain or shop and dine in a number of local restaurants like Tavern 6330' or Mikuni at Northstar.
The condo offers a pleasant blend of rustic and modern with a living room featuring a leather sofa, armchair, flatscreen cable TV and DVD player, plus a warming gas stove. The dining table has four chairs and there's also a breakfast bar with three stools where you can enjoy meals prepared in the efficient kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware, and essential appliances.
There are two bedrooms, a loft, and a full bath: the master bedroom has a queen bed, while the guest room has two twins. Visitors are also welcome to sleep on the futon located in the upstairs loft. Up to eight guests should be quite comfortable in this home along with the family dog for an additional daily pet fee.
WiFi is provided, and there's a large, flatscreen cable TV with DVD player in the living room to let you keep up with your favorite shows or watch the local news. And thanks to the shared, coin-operated washer/dryer on the second floor, you can keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.
Passes are included for the NPOA (located less than a mile from your front door) where you'll find four swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, a game room, and a playground. In the winter months, you can ski right up to your front door, while the warmer months mean lakeside fun and adventure at Lake Tahoe located just 12 miles away.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
