Charming historic upstairs private apartment located within a 7-10 minute drive from the Alamo and Riverwalk. The 1930s home offers easy access to highways and tourist attractions and is 15 minutes from both Fort Sam and Lackland military installations. The space is perfect for BMT graduate families, Ft. Sam visitors, and anyone wanting close proximity to downtown without the city noise and traffic. This cozy home raises the bar on the meaning of classic architecture and modern flair.
This upstairs apartment has its own separate entrance with a private stairwell, fully loaded kitchen and is 700 square feet. After a long day of visiting the city, relax in the comfy living room while you access the wifi or the Roku TV. You can also make use of our fully stocked coffee and tea bar or use the diffuser in the bedroom to relax. The space contains one bedroom with a queen bed and the living area has a sleeper sofa and twin bed. The living area has a door to separate the spaces and offers a brand new queen mattress sofa sleeper. In the fall season, there are two pecan trees and a pear tree that you will be able to enjoy as well.

Guests will have their own upstairs apartment with private entrance but can access the main level house if they desire to do laundry. They will only need to let the hosts know as there is an inside staircase that separates the two homes.

The hosts live on the main level floor so will be close by if the guests have any questions or need access to use the laundry room. Your apartment will have a keypad code that will change for every stay.
Please take your shoes off in the entry room and leave under the bench in the available shoe racks. Quiet hours should be observed between 10pm to 7am. Please turn the lights off when gone with the exception of the porch light at nighttime.

We can provide information about the local eateries, music venues, and hot spots around town along with help navigating the AFBs. We love to travel, dance, play games with friends, and meet new people.
