Sarah you where very happy the whole time you stayed you let your and your friends children run wild around the place and even though we asked you to accompany your children you chose not to there are signs up also asking that children not be left alone onsite that you ignored. your friend liked the shire so much she wanted to help with the new builds coming up with you being architects who met at uni, i still have her business card in my house. You are fully aware of the condition you guys left our cottage in and this is our business the money we make feeds our kids and helps us create the business we have spent a lot of years of time and effort getting it right and lovely for families to come and stay at. It is not ok to leave someones property in such a bad state, its just not acceptable and you are expected to pay for the damage to the new upstairs carpets and the extra cleaning fee, the smell of sick and the ground in toilet paper is just awful ! it took 4 of us to get the cottage deep cleaned in time, it was easter weekend we where fully booked out and we where all dealing with the mess you left. It not ok to do this to a business ! When you left you had enjoyed your stay it is only out of spite you have left a negative response again trying to damage a business ??? why would anyone do that ? I will take this matter further and i do expect you to pay for the damage and cleaning and perhaps in future just leave peoples property as you found it and treat it with care and respect.
