This tiny space is quiet and cozy. It is a separate studio that includes a double bed, couch, W/D combo, electric fireplace, WiFi, and TV with cable, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, separate ice maker private entrance with code. Located on the (under construction) bike trail that takes you to downtown. Perfect for relaxing, reading, UofA events, or entertainment district. For now you will have to drive to the more level land and bike from there since this one is not complete.
The space comes with quality and modern style mixed with a cozy atmosphere and great amenities for just a few nights. The studio was remodeled with no VOC paint just last year.

I have lived in the area for most of my life and have a large family in NW AR. I am originally from California and even lived in LA for 15 years. I have traveled out of the country to Costa Rica, Bonaire, Porto Rico, Mexico, extensive US travel but like simple living and traveling, not fancy but meet the locals is best way to travel. I love the country and mountains here in the Ozarks and know the mountains and river roads well. Live music is my passion and always have advise for the best spots and bands according to your taste. Plenty of craft beer bars and restaurants that I frequent and can refer you.Just ask and i will have bike trail maps and more.I love to stay fairly close to home and enjoy the peace and quiet.
I am an avid canoe and camping enthusiast. plus river, nature lover and protector.
I also love the California wines and have a place in my heart for Sonoma and all wine country. There are winerys here in NW Ar also There is also a Kraft Beer tour on the bike trails. I am looking forward to meeting you, and wish you, safe travels,:) Marilyn
