INSIDE THE HOUSE
With the mountains all around you, drive up to parking for 2 cars just outside your town home. A couple steps lead to the deck, with your entrance on the right. Storage lockers greet you and your gear just beyond the front door. Lace up your boots on the entryway bench and check out those ski goggles in the mirror before boarding the (free!) shuttle that stops just outside.
Follow the hallway to your left and you’ll find the freshly renovated living area. Cozy up on the couch and watch the flat screen TV.
In the open-concept kitchen and dining area, gather round the marble counter-tops to start the day with your Keurig-brewed coffee. Stainless steel oven, fridge, and dishwasher lend themselves to your culinary creations and clean up…or opt for takeout from one of the nearby Main St. restaurants!
When dinner is done, pull away the seating for four, turn on the electric fireplace, pull the Queen Murphy Bed away from the wall - and you have successfully converted the living area into a third bedroom!
Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the common-area bathroom with shower-tub combo.
The additional 2 bedrooms and their en-suite baths are opposite one another down the hall, with the master on your right. The king-size bed, 50” flat screen TV, and full, attached bath might make you feel like royalty. Curl up with your travel guide in the corner chair and chart out the day’s adventure, then hop into bed and dream of it!
Across the hall, the 2nd bedroom can sleep up to 4 with a queen-size bed and twin-over-twin bunk. Let the kids (or kids at heart) kick back in the beanbag chairs and watch Saturday morning cartoons on the wall-mounted flat screen. A 3rd tub-shower combo is en-suite to this bedroom.
Popular ski resorts Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin are all nearby. A free shuttle just around the corner from your front door leads you to the lifts in minutes!

All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
