Bedrooms are outfitted with cozy cabin furnishings, and the living room features a big screen TV for unwinding after a day of adventure.
During the winter, hit the slopes or enjoy Carter Park’s free sledding hills right next door, then relax near the fireplace or on the outdoor patio in a hot tub. In the warmer months, head to Main Street for window-shopping or spend time hiking trails in the park.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
You’ll enter with the kitchen to your right, where white appliances contrast nicely with the tiled countertops and a comfy breakfast bar offers seating for 4. The dining area is between the living room and the dining room, with a wooden table large enough for 6.
The open living room is the perfect space for catching up with friends and family. Sit back in one of the leather recliners, or stretch out on the wide sofa, which doubles as a pullout bed. This room also features a gas fireplace under a striking stone mantle, flat-screen TV, and built-in bookshelf. Grab a novel and put your feet up on the balcony – complete with table and chairs – that overlooks Carter Park.
In the master bedroom you’ll find a queen bed, dresser and two nightstands. The wide windows will give you a great view of foliage or snow-capped trees in the wintertime. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a sink with plenty of cabinet space.
The second bedroom is off the entrance hallway with a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom), and a twin trundle bed. The room includes a nightstand with a small TV (great for classic VHS tapes). The windows show off the interior foyer of the building. The guest bathroom is just to the left of the entryway. It includes a bright vanity and a combination shower and tub with sliding glass doors.
If you’re planning on spending more time relaxing outside, head to the hot tub on the shared community patio, where you can also grill up some burgers with your guests.
Breckenridge’s historic Main Street looks straight out of a storybook, especially in the wintertime. Don’t miss out on the chance to do some sightseeing or seasonal shopping. When you’re ready to ski, Main Street also offers easy access to the Quicksilver Super Chair to take you to the top of the mountain at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Carter Park is just next to the condo. Try out a few hiking and biking trails in the summer, and in the wintertime, the hills are good for sledding, or as a bunny slope to help the little ones try out their skis. This year-round resort town has a little bit of something for everyone.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
