A shuttle takes guests to the River Run base area, and depending on the season, there are plenty of hiking and skiing options to choose from—or perhaps you'll want to spend the afternoon at Keystone Golf Course, located just around the corner from your rental.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
From the front door, access the 2nd bedroom on the left. It has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a side table, lamp, and dresser. There’s also a closet for storage and a baseboard heater for chilly nights.
The en suite bathroom has a vessel sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door.
Serve dinner for 4 in the dining room at a granite-topped round table. This open room has hardwood floors and lightly stained wooden cabinets.
The kitchen is to the right of the main entry and adjacent to the dining area. It features updated appliances, including an electric stove and oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
2 extra guests can sleep on the pullout sofa in the living room, detailed with hardwood floors, a leather chair and ottoman, side seating, and a coffee table. It’s a great room for movie night or catching up with friends—other highlights include a 32” flat screen TV, stone gas fireplace, and a desk with a chair.
Access the balcony through the sliding glass door in the living room for lush views of the surrounding trails.
The master bedroom is to the left of the living area and furnished with a queen-size bed, a baseboard heater, and a 21” flatscreen TV.
The en suite master bath has a single-vessel sink vanity, granite countertops, and a sliding glass door shower/tub combo.
This cozy condo is located just off Highway 6—close by everything you'll want to explore! In the wintertime, check out the runs on Keystone from the balcony, or experience them in-person. There are steakhouses, cafes and the ever popular Goat Soup and Whiskey Tavern within easy walking distance.
In warmer weather, explore the Old Dillon Reservoir, head out on a hike, or bring your clubs to the Keystone Golf Course. Loveland Pass is a famously beautiful drive and only 15 minutes from the condo. For a bit of indoor indulgence, kick off your ski boots and head to one of the many day spas and salons in the area.

All TurnKey Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
