This is a lovely place to spend the night! Just minutes from the airport, and close to everything. Lyft and Uber are usually a much better option for most people vs. renting a car.
I rent out 3 rooms in my house ~ all on the main floor. Each has it's own listing on Airbnb. There are lockboxes for each room on the front porch ~check in whenever you like. I do live upstairs and have my own bath. We all share the kitchen.
As each room has a lockbox on the front porch, you can come an go as you please. Each room has a queen bed and it's own key/deadbolt lock. The kitchen is available for all to use. The fridge is mostly for guests. When the weather is warm, you can sit and have coffee on the front porch, or out on the patio in the backyard. My guests all seem to be very quiet and friendly. You will likely see the other guests in the morning. There is always coffee/tea and various light snacks available in the kitchen.
** Please note, we are sorry, but we can only accept those with established good guest ratings. We do not make exceptions.
Please be courteous of other guests. If you make meals in the kitchen be sure to clean up as soon as you are done. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.
Our check in time is after 5pm and check out is by 10am. It is POSSIBLE that we might be able to alter those times to accommodate your schedule ~ it will depend on what the guests before and after you are doing. If you happen to know when you may be arriving / departing, we would love to know! Also before or after check in you are always welcome to store your bags for the day, use the kitchen, bathroom, hang out in the living room while you wait for your flight ~ etc.
A few more things:
*Absolutely no smoking in the house
*Lost key fee $25
* We have a shared driveway with our neighbors, so there is no parking on the driveway. Street parking only please.

I'm also a host with Airbnb. My two daughters have grown up and moved out, so I rent out three rooms in my own home. I also own a farm up in northern Minnesota. I have lived in France and Japan. I was a dancer for many years. Now I am becoming a drummer. So much to learn so little time! I look forward to future travels and meeting new people!
