I'm available almost anytime if you need anything, dial 9# on the condo phone to reach me, or you may also text me if you prefer.
My price includes all Hawaii State Taxes (there are two taxes that nearly everyone else in Hawaii charges their guests both taxes in addition to the room fee), it's quite expensive (Hawaii loves there taxes :)), so keep that in mind when comparing room rates.
The entire condo is equipped with A/C in all rooms. It's a brand new Mitsubishi system, with the capability to cool the whole condo in a minute or two, and is extremely quiet (as opposed to most Hawaiian condos, which if they have A/C are the window units, which are very noisy and don't cool very well, and are only available in one bedroom or sometimes two). However, Turtle Bay has a wonderful breeze and most of the year the temperature is cool enough that A/C is not necessary for a comfortable stay. Hawaii gets hotter than normal only a small portion of the year and A/C is very useful then. Because the use of A/C is not needed most of the time, and because electricity in Hawaii is very expensive (and to keep my daily rate as low as possible) the use of A/C is optional, and is metered when it's used. The cost is $0.45 per kwh. I provide a statement showing the usage from the meter for your stay and it's settled at the end. Under average use (during the rare hot days, say 8 hours per day), the cost is usually $4-$9 per day depending upon how hot it is, and can go higher with more usage of course.
