Upon check-in, you will be given a key to the front entrance of the house. You are welcome to come and go as you please during your stay with us. The front door is beautiful but old and may not always shut very easily. Simply turn the knob to close the door all the way, then lock the door from the outside. Please give it a little push to ensure it is closed all the way. We just ask that you try to be quiet and respectful between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am. Please return the key to us the night before/morning of check out.

Will and I have lived in Binghamton for several years and work at/attend Binghamton University. We are happy to help you figure out transportation, offer suggestions for local cuisine, answer any questions about BU, etc.
Will and I can provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), towels, and laundry detergent. Just simply ask! We have three super affectionate cats and an adorable, enthusiastically friendly rescued mystery mutt. They are always very excited to have guests and will do anything to get your attention and some cuddles. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with animals so we can make some arrangements for our pets prior to your arrival. We welcome well-behaved dogs in our home. Please let us know if you will be traveling with furry friends so we can make further accommodations to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We can provide an extra large crate and just ask that if your dog is anxious/destructive, you please crate the dog any time he/she will be left alone in your bedroom. If your pet makes a little mess, we understand! Accidents happen, but please let us know immediately so we can provide you with the cleaning supplies to attend to the mess promptly.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome
- Please no shoes in the house
- Please communicate with us your preferred check-in and check-out time; we can be very flexible but do need some notice if you plan to check-in or out much later than expected
