Takako-san was very kind with the check-in and check-out time. I asked to check in early, and she agreed and had the room cleaned and ready by the time I got there. I also had a relatively late check-out, and she was kind enough to agree with that as well.
The location is great, as it's a few minutes' walk from a local subway, and it's two stops away from Shibuya Station.
The bathroom has a great view to the neighbourhood, as it has large windows in the shower. Takako-san has soothing music playing in the bathroom, so it really adds to the ambiance when showering.
The room was bigger than I had imagined it would be, so that was definitely a plus! It's large relative to Japanese rooms based off of my experience in multiple Airbnbs in Japan, but it would be considered average or small-ish if you're thinking about it from the perspective of a Westerner. I have no complaints about the room, as the futon was clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly fine, and Takako-san even had a huge booklet of things you could do and sightsee in the area. I was only at this Airbnb for one night, so I didn't have a chance to see the things she had mentioned would be worth seeing. There is also a lock on the door for privacy, but I've never had to use it as Takako-san was very respectful.
Breakfast was cooked by Takako-san herself, and it was delicious. I enjoyed the hot cup of tea in the morning, which woke me right up!
I would definitely recommend this place for others!
