Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is also within a 10-minute drive of the popular Craigville Beach. With all sorts of water-based recreation, including swimming, boating, fishing, and more nearby, as well as all the businesses and attractions of Barnstable and other neighboring cities, it's easy to find ways to stay busy here.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this traditional Cape Cod cottage has enough space for as many as eight guests. You're also welcome to bring one dog with you, though please note there is a nightly pet fee.
Inside, you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including a cozy living room, newly remodeled kitchen, and a separate sunroom that is the perfect place to gather and enjoy each other's company. There's also a lovely deck with a gas grill and some grassy lawn so you can soak in the afternoon sunshine.
The ground level has a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed and the other which offers two twins, plus a sleeper sofa in the sunroom for extra space. Upstairs is a large space with a full bathroom as well as a queen bed and two twin beds, one of which has a trundle, so all 10 visitors will have comfortable places to rest.
With additional amenities including WiFi access, cable TV, a laundry area, beach chairs, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, you will have everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay here.
This home is a perfect place to visit with your extended family, two smaller families, or a group of close friends. With a great location near the beach and easy access to plenty of Cape Cod cities and activities, you will surely want to plan a long stay.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
