Located conveniently to many amenities Ii'm sure it will offer a comfortable stay.
The apartment benefits from being all en-suite rooms and large bay windows with views overlooking Colindale. Very quiet development, I am sure you will settle in with ease on your first night and wake up refreshed for in the morning.

This development is brand new.
- 1. Strictly No smoking in this apartment as it will set off the smoke alarms for the whole block.
- 2. The property sleeps maximum 6 people only. 6 people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.
- 3. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours.
- 4. Strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this condition will be asked to leave the property immediately. The building has CCTV.
- 5. No pets/animals are permitted in the flat or in the building.
- 6. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid form of identification. The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party.

Check out by: 11AM
Check in after 7pm will incur an out of hours fee of £30 up to 12 midnight, then £100 up to 2AM.
To check out from 11:00 to 13:00 - £30
We are unable to accommodate a late check-out after 1PM.
