Super Apartment on the 5th floor overlooking the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was truly awesome. Beds super comfortable, kitchen really well stocked with pots, pans, plates. Great having the combined washer and dryer. Andy met us after having texted pictures for ease of finding everything, and it was super easy to get in and out of the building and apartment with keys and codes as well as easy access to recycle bins and trash. We used the swings and slide at the nearby park twice. Grandson loved it and I had some interesting chats with the local moms. Was great to be so close to the underground and also Sainsbury's to grab some supplies. Coffee shop across the street provided the fuel to keep going after jet lag from US. Great AIRBNB experience. (And we have been to several Airbnb, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) properties around US and UK and Europe.) This is so far the best we have encountered at such a good rate per person per night.

Andy's place is really nice in a newer building with an elevator, and is very close to the tube station in a convenient neighborhood. Both of these were important factors for me when I made the reservation since my mother has bad knees and can't take stairs well. Andy was very easy to work with as I helped my mother and nephew made the reservation, always prompt and clear in his communication and instructions. Checkin/checkout was a breeze and my mother really enjoyed staying at Andy's flat for all it has to offer - a great retreat from being a busy tourist in London. It's a gem in the Colindale area, and Andy is a great host to work with. Highly recommended!

Stayed in Andy's flat for a week and I will come back again. I strongly recommend this place ; very clean and modern flat, mostly brand new with a secured underground carpark and also well equipped. Colindale tube station is less than one min walk as well as local Sainsbury's. Hassle free checkin/checkout . Andy is very helpful and responds very quick and efficient.
