I'll be your host for breakfast and am also available for assistance throughout your stay as I live on the top floor.
The Hudson Guest House is located on the 2nd floor of 550 Warren Street and is owner occupied. The City of Hudson has daily metered parking on Warren Street. Overnight parking is complimentary on alternating sides for odd and even days, and during weekends. Ample parking is also located directly behind The Hudson Guest House in the large municipal parking lot. Early check-in at 10am, and late check-out to 6pm at no extra charge. Why not enjoy Friday, Saturday and Sunday to their fullest? There is always room in the 'fridge for purchases at the Farmer's Market or Talbott & Arding. The cleaning fee goes towards the combined 12% taxes I pay to New York State for their 8% sales tax and the City of Hudson 4% lodging tax on top of all room and service charges. At present, Airbnb does not provide this option like they do in the cities of San Francisco, CA and Portland, OR. Certificates of Authority as a licensed business in New York State and the City of Hudson are posted at the entrance, and commercial insurance is in place.
Please contact me for exceptions - in order to be exceptional! There is a garden in the back for those who enjoy smoking.

A career Hotelier, with 40 years of experience in luxury hospitality. Last year, I decided to leave NYC and open my own B&B, dedicated to the centuries old profession of Inn-keeping. I bought this commercial building in early 2011 and recently renovated to add three spacious and loft-like suites. As I love antiques and art, The Hudson Guest House is decorated and furnished with pieces I have collected over the years. I enjoy dining out, cooking, reading and gardening, so this enterprise combines my work and home into one lifestyle. I enjoy historic architecture and have restored many homes and hotels throughout my career. The City of Hudson is a uniquely evolving place, and I am fortunate to be part of its latest reinvention. Certificates of Authority for New York State sales tax and City of Hudson lodging tax are bined taxes of 12% are paid on suite rates, and cleaning fee is in used for this purpose.
