The apartment has Wifi and is on the ground floor with direct access to a small sunny terrace and communal garden. There is a ski locker and garage. The apartment is less than 100m from Bellevue cable car, open in summer and winter. The Apartment is fitted to a high standard, with traditional furnishings. In the summer outdoor furniture and a bbq are provided on the apartment's sunny terrace.
In the kitchen there is a dishwasher/oven/microwave, raclette and a large fridge. T.V. giving access to the internet, DVD's, Games and a CD player are provided. In the entrance hall there is a boot dryer. In the family bathroom there is a full size bath and quality Grone shower with a new washing machine.

The Apartment has a Garage and ski locker with internal access to the Apartment and additional Internal parking may also be available a short distance from the apartment.

I have a Manager available in Les Houches to deal with any local issues.
- The Holidaymaker must be over 21 years of age. The number of persons using the Property must not exceed that stated. The Property is let for holiday purposes only. The Property will be available for occupation from 16.00 pm on the first day of the Rental Period and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the last day of the Rental Period. The owners do not accept any responsibility for any accident, damage or loss to the Holidaymaker or property of the Holidaymaker or the Holidaymaker’s party during the Rental Period. The Holidaymaker accepts responsibility for the behaviour and welfare of any children in the Holidaymaker’s party. Every effort is made to ensure safety in the Property, but any Holidaymaker taking children on holiday does so at their own risk. Pets are not allowed in the Property. In consideration of others, noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times. The Holidaymaker shall pay for all damages, losses and breakages incurred during the Rental Period. If the Holidaymaker fails to bring to the attention of the owner any damage found at the Property within 24 hours of arrival, it will be assumed that the Holidaymaker was responsible for the damage. In the unlikely event that damage is found, the Owner shall contact the Holidaymaker. At the end of the stay, once the Manager has checked and confirmed that there is no damage, breakages or specialist cleaning required the Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days. If damage is found we will contact the Holidaymaker. Holiday Insurance including cancellation cover is strongly advised.
