I'm a community development professional working with a local non-profit, and volunteering for the City of Port Moody. I'm not sure why Airbnb suggests sharing information about my favorite things; but here it goes: Paris, Barcelona, the Edible Woman, Joseph Campbell, Cloud Atlas, The Mindy Project, anything chill and electronic, Indian, Malaysian, Coffee and Tea.
I sublet rooms in a three bedroom suite at low, market rates to travelers and students in need of a relaxed, basic place to rest their head. I'm hoping this encourages other airbnb providers to lower rates closer to what they were 3-4 years ago.
We are a multi-racial, multi-lingual, spiritual, LGBTQI+ friendly, recycling and composting household. We are quiet, and tend to keep to ourselves. Don't worry too much if we aren't chatty one day, we are probably just being our introverted selves.
While traveling, I love to use Airbnb to find places I would never have been able to gain access to. I've stayed in Airbnb's in Paris, Rome, LA and San Fransisco.
