A lovely Edwardian villa elevated over the Gardens area of Dunedin. Extensive views from the harbour to the Flagstaff. We are just above the town belt you will be visited by native birds, feeding on the flax, laurel and other trees in the garden. In spring kowhai flowering in the garden bring in tui and bell birds. Close to the city, buses leave 20 min.

This is a lovely green location close to town. The bedroom looks directly over Otago University, with is only a 15 - 20 min walk down the hill. The Botanic Gardens or Woodhaugh Gardens are on the way. Cafe's down at The Gardens are a short walk down the hill. Town is an easy walk.

There are two bedrooms available. You will share the lounge, sunroom, kitchen and bathroom with me. But I will give you as much space as I can. You are welcome to browse my book collection, just leave them behind when you go. Mostly natural and Maori history. There are verandas and a large sunny grassy area for chilling.
