Detached house tucked away down a country lane, with lovely views over local countryside. Four bedrooms, large light lounge with south facing windows and private rear garden. Parking for two cars on driveway and rear patio area ideal for BBQ's or a quiet G&T after a day exploring the local area. Fitted kitchen, dining room, utility with ample storage for bikes etc, bathroom with bath and shower and downstairs W/C. Very well located for Matlock, Bakewell, Chatsworth House and local towns. Derby is 20 minutes drive and there is also a bus route close to the house.

I'm John Cotton, 48 years old and married to Melanie (2015 in New York). Two school age daughters and a son at university.
I'm employed as a Land Manger - buying land for residential developments. I also own a convenience store, located close the house - 'Fourways Stores'.
The store is owned by me, managed by my son and my mum also helps out regularly too.
My spare time is mainly spent with family, but I also enjoy the gym and walking our Chow Chow dog, Elsa.
