We have had some inconsiderate people whom have incurred extra cleaning charges due to extra cleaners having to come in at short notice, just because they have left it in a tip. Dirty, smeary items being put in cupboards are not acceptable. Some people have put away wet dishes and everything has had to be the washed again because it made everything smell 'off'. This has caused inconvenience to the next guests not being able to come in on time. With the high turnover that we have, our cleaners have a limited time to clean the whole caravan before the next guests arrive.
This is why we ask that guests depart at 1000 and arrive from 1600.
Also breakages that occur will be charged for.
We are just merely requesting that people be respectful so that everyone can enjoy the comfort and enjoyment of the caravan.
We do hope that you enjoy the caravan, the holiday site, as well as the many beaches and attractions that Newquay and Cornwall have.
