There is private off road parking behind the farmhouse. The annex has its own private entrance and the key can be picked up by the owners, who live in the main farmhouse next door. We do ask that if guests are going to be arriving late, that they are considerate to people in the main house.

I am married and we have two teenage children. We have lived at Higher Dean for fifteen years, my husband was born here and after we met in London we moved back here to raise the children. We are a very outdoorsy family and want other people to be able to enjoy the glorious North Devon countryside and relaxed way of life.
