Our condo has a great location! The complex is across the street from the beach and there are two pools and a hot tub. We have recently updated our unit and have a full size fridge and stove top. Situated in the front of the complex over looking the pool and a nice view of the ocean. We have wonderful updated linens and decor. Amenities are shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Our place is close to the beach and ocean views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the wonderful view, private balcony, the comfy beds and coziness. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have coffee, beach towels and travel size amenities.
**Please note as of January 1, 2017 the Victorian Condos are charging guests $21.65 (tax included) for parking. This is PER VEHICLE not per night - it is good for the duration of your stay if you are staying less than 15 days. If you stay longer - it is $40.00 per month plus tax.

The entire condo is available for your use as well as the pools, hot tubs, laundry room and fitness center. A tennis court is also available for use.
Please do not remove the towels from the Condo. We provide bath, hand and face towels. Toiletries will be provided. Please discard all trash and do not put anything wet, to include yourself on the furniture. Please try and brush off your feet and shake the sand off your clothing prior to entering the condo. We want you to have a safe stay and enjoy your visit to the resort.
The full size refridgerator and 2 burner stove make it unique for these condos. A wonderful place to stay and quiet! ,Location is fantastic, we are located in the front over looking the pool and a nice ocean view from our balcony . It is a short walk across the street to the beach and a Walmart is literally next door for shopping.
-All guest must be 25 years of age to rent this condo and remain on site during the entire stay.
-Not suitable for pets. A $250.00 cleaning deposit is required for service animals due to allergens.
-No parties and quiet time must be adhered to as per Galveston law. Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM.
-Check in time is 3PM-9PM. All quest are required to check in at the front desk to pick up a parking pass.
There is $21.65 fee for the pass. The pass must be prominently displayed on the driver's side dashboard at all times.
-We ask that you leave the property as you found it.
-Please do not move the furniture or take bath towels to the beach.
-Please remove all trash and place it in the trash chutes located at the end of the hallway.
-Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it as you exit at checkout.
-Only the number of contracted guest are allowed to stay overnight. Family and friends are welcome, but
there will be an additional charge of $200.00 for all unauthorized overnighters.
-Cleaning is provided before and after your stay. If your stay is more than three days you can request
service for a fee of $75.00.
-All boats, jet ski's and trailers are to be registered with the front desk upon arrival and parked in the designated area.
-Children are welcome, but please keep a close eye on them while on the property. Do not allow them to stand on the balcony chairs, or climb or stand on the railing. Barbecuing is not allowed on the balcony by order of the Fire Marshal and is only allowed in designated areas. Please do not feed the birds.
-Pools and hot tubs are open from 10AM to 10PM. Wrist bands must be worn at all times when using the wet areas. There is no eating, cooking, loud music or glass containers allowed in the pool/hot tub areas.
**If you smoke - please do so outside with all doors and windows closed.
**Do not turn air conditioner below 72 degrees. If it requires service during your stay and our contractor tells us the problem was it running too low - we will ask you to contribute to the repairs.
**If you lock yourself out - the lockout fee is $100 to come let you back in.
