You like to stay in style and this amazing flat delivers with its industrial elegant design and artsy attitude. Hop the lift to your own lofty flat with tall, steel-framed windows, sleek Euro-style fittings, and stainless BOSCH appliances (gas range), combined with our unique combination of rustic, refined and unique furnishings, art and decor.

Unique features include 60 and 50 inch 4k TVs, functioning windows in master bedroom, dining for six, and two parking spots. Third bedroom is a flex space with comfy pullout and desk.

At the heart of Ponce City Market is the marketplace itself. In the Central Food Hall, the vision is for artisanal chefs and local producers to fill an authentic market that’s as vital to Atlanta as Pike Place Market is to Seattle—but with the design, food and flavors of Atlanta.

As our Guest, you will be just a few steps or an elevator ride from excellent shopping (West Elm, J Crew, Lulu Lemon, etc.) and the cafes of the Central Food Hall. Walk across the street to Whole Foods, CVS, Home Depot, tanning and nail salons, and more.

LOCAL creates a personalized web page for each guest with all the information needed to ensure an awesome experience. We send out a link with each person's web page once a booking is confirmed and add more details in phases leading up to arrival.

After check in, we interact as much or as little as desired by each Guest, but we are available via phone, text and/or email when needed, and 24/7 for urgent matters. We also send occasional communications to guests about events and/or community news and happenings.

Autres remarques

LOCAL primarily provides production/corporate housing. We prioritize leases for these longer term bookings and open up the calendars to shorter booking approximately a week out unless already booked up until your desired arrival date. If you are more than one week from your desired check in and are inquiring on a shorter term stay, please check back with us and we'll do our best to place you at that time.

A short term rental agreement will be sent over if the booking request is accepted. You will be required to sign the agreement and provide a copy of your valid driver’s license; a background check may also be required.

Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card, and even after booking if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with the property. Should this occur, LOCAL will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.

The Basics:
This is a non-smoking unit and fines/liquidated damages will be charged if there is evidence of smoking of any kind.

Additional cleaning fees my be charged for excessive wear and tear on the unit.

Other No-Nos:
No parties or loitering in shared or public spaces.
No criminal activity anywhere on or near the premises.
No filming of any kind is permitted without express written consent.
No loud or excessive noise.

Arrival and Departure Rules:
Check in time is after 3pm - any early check ins will need to be approved in writing prior to check in. Guests are not allowed in the unit prior to 3pm while it is still being cleaned.

Check out time is by 11am, unless Guest has written permission to extend beyond that time. An unapproved late check out after 11 a.m. will constitute as holdover, and will be charged as such.

Please be mindful of utility usage. We thank you in advance for taking good care our property.

Jenn apartment was fantastic. Much more beautiful than the photos give off and the location is fantastic. Ponce City Market is a fun trendy building with bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The sound insulation for the building is amazing which prevents you hearing any outdoor noise. Highly recommend the stay!
