My new construction one-bedroom apartment is so close to downtown in the fast-developing Cleveland Park neighborhood of East Nashville. The honky-tonks of Broadway are only 2.5 miles from here. The Gulch and Germantown neighborhoods are 3 miles away.
I tried to make the apartment the type of place I would want to stay in while traveling. I've added a lot of high-tech elements to my apartment - like Amazon Alexa, just to name one.
This one-bedroom apartment is located above the detached garage at the back of my property. It has its own private entrance. The apartment is perfect for a working musician or weekend visitors.
The living room is full of my favorite tech gadgets. Want the weather forecast or to play some music? My Amazon Alexa can help you out! The living room lights have a cool color feature via the Phillips Hue Light app. There's a flat screen tv with Roku and access to Netflix. Bluetooth speakers add amazing sound.
There's a private deck with a tall privacy screen. Gas grill and a gas firepit too. It's a pretty chill spot.
The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils and dinnerware. Full size washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the bedroom. For light and noise control, the bedroom windows have custom-made acoustic panels and blackout curtains. (I'm a recording engineer so all of these tech upgrades are important to me!). Bathrobes in the bedroom. Bathroom has plenty of towels and toiletries (even makeup remover).

My home is located in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of East Nashville, one of the fastest-growing urban neighborhoods in Nashville. The property is located on the East Nashville train line. It can be a little noisy when the train goes through and will sporadically blow its horn. It's typical city sound, but I do provide earplugs for guests who might need them while sleeping. The custom acoustic window panels help too.

Guests have access to the apartment located above the garage. The apartment has its own deck for outside lounging. There is space for two guest cars on the parking pad. Guests do not have access to the backyard or inside the garage.
I utilize an online, interactive guidebook called Coral Life as my "house manual." You will receive the link when your booking is confirmed. For your safety and mine. There is a security camera outside in the driveway/entrance.
