I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in the condo and are glad we were able to accommodate both your early check in and late check out.
I am so sorry that we weren't able to address the sound bar issue during your stay, but we didn't receive any additional messages from you. We've gone through all our phone/voicemail systems and see only 1 missed call from your number, and we received only one other voicemail during the dates of your stay. All other calls were picked up. We try to be on top of all the calls, texts, and AirBNB messages from our guests.
As a point of clarification for future guests, the sound bar has never been hooked up in this condo. All sound is run through the TV, and we will double check that the instructions in the condo are accurate.
Regarding the lock, the home has an electronic keypad. There are times if guests push the buttons too quickly or too softly, the locks don't register the code. They can also go in to a "lockdown" for a couple minutes if multiple incorrect or misentered codes are pushed. They do this to prevent people trying to figure out a code and break in. I'm not sure if that was the case during your stay, but since it worked for your first 2 days, then worked a few minutes later, it seems this may have been the case. I am sorry we were dealing with another issue at the time that occurred, but according to our call logs, we were able to return the call within an hour.
