Beautifully modern apartment. One bedroom (queen bed), one bathroom, full sized kitchen, two couches, and a bar chair/countertop for meals. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, incredible view of the river. It doesn't get much better.

You will get a key fob when you check in. This will grant you access to the building and the whole apartment. There are washers and dryers on the same floor. You are more than welcome to use them (they are $1.50-$1.75 per load).

Note to drivers: This building does NOT have a dedicated parking garage. You have a couple options: The cheapest ramp--the Lowry Ramp--is literally next door. It's a valet ramp that charges $13 per day. The Victory Ramp (across the street) is self-parking and charges $18 per day.
Street parking is free on Sundays and 10pm-8am every day. If you're on a shoestring, another option is to park for free in a neighborhood outside of downtown and take a bus or lightrail to the apartment.

Laundry facilities are a few doors down the hall. The washers and dryers take credit cards and cost $1.50-1.75. You're more than welcome to use my laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc.

My phone is on 24/7 call me if you need anything. I will send detailed check in instructions the day before your stay. The day of your stay I will send you a lockbox combination for self checkin.

Clean and stylish space, centrally located in St. Paul. Host made self check in clear and easy. Would have enjoyed it more if the host had informed us that this location was going to be at the center of a city wide block party during our stay as it forced us to scuttle our evening plans, and adapt to an evening in a gridlocked downtown St Paul. Probably an aberration or oversite, but make sure to check city calendars before booking your stay.

Mike has a great place. It is close to many St. Paul attractions. Parking was easy. Apartment was clean and stylish. Communication was quick and easy. We hope to stay here again.

Close to all ST Paul downtown restaurant's & attractions, metro stop is very near by. Very clean and well organized. The communication with Mike is easy and his checkin instructions were clear.

Right in downtown Saint Paul, two minute walk to the newly renovated Palace Theater, where they book some great shows. Mike has a solid array of vinyls for you to spin on his record player. Visit Legacy Chocolates nearby for coffee and truffles.

Mike's place is exactly as described. He is good with communication and his check in video made getting in a breeze. If you are looking for a place in St. Paul, don't hesitate to book here. This is a great building close to anything you may need to complete your visit.
