This listing is for a large 4 bedroom property in a quite residential part of Southsea but still less than 5 min to to Albert Road for bars and restaurants, Southsea town and Palmerston road, and Gunwharf for outlet stores. The historic dockyard is again only 10 mins away as well as other attractions like Southsea Castle. There are bus routes just a few moments walk from the house and plenty of on street parking.
The property consists of three upstairs bedrooms, one downstairs bedroom, one lounge with sofa, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and lobby area to the garden. There is plenty of space and each bedroom has a double bed. Full bed linen and towels are provided as well as basic toiletries and kitchen essentials.

Guests have full access to the entire property. I live locally so will be there to meet then when they arrive and if they need anything during their stay. The house will have the basic utensils but is a blank canvas without anyone else belongings lying around. There is a living room with sofa, each bedroom has a bed and chest of drawers/wardrobe. There is also a small garden - so please don't smoke in the house and dispose of all cigarette ends appropriately.
