Located in the most beautiful point of Naviglio Grande, in a characteristic court just steps from Vicolo dei Lavandai, one of the most charming places in Milan, the apartment is cozy, bright and quiet, although very close to the nightlife. It is ideal for 2-3 people looking to stay in the center of Milan: the Duomo square is far 15 minutes' walk. It is well served by public transport: it is just 500 meters from Porta Genova underground station, from which it takes 20 minutes to Central Station
The apartment is located in a characteristic court in a building “old Milan style” built in the1500s typical of the Navigli area, with half a meter thick walls. It is fully equipped and elegantly furnished. The front door is armored, but the inside door is an old wood door. The apartment consists of a large and bright main room in which on the floor of a wonderful antique polychrome terracotta are located a wood refectory table, a sofa bed for one / two beds and a sofa single bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a large library and a 4K television; a small but fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, fridge and latest generation microwave; a bathroom with shower and electric-controlled window.
I ask those who come into my home to not only have respect for my things, but also to have respect for my neighbors. I therefore recommend not to make loud noises during the day and most importantly, not to create disturbance to neighbors after midnight, even returning home, keeping a low tone of voice and avoid shouting, music and TV at high volume.
