Beautiful master bedroom with private remodeled bathroom, 2 full closets and large windows allowing for lots of natural light. Private entrance to backyard pool, and a shared living room with hardwood floors and patio doors leading to pool in large backyard (great for BBQs) .
The house is a 4 bedroom house. All bathrooms are remodeled as well as a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Also a large backyard with a large pool great for BBQs. There are washer/dry in the house as well. As this is a residential street, there is ample street parking.

You must be dog friendly as I will occasionally have an adorable Rhodesian stay over. She is very loving and quiet. She and I are very respectful of each others space and noise levels. Which is what we expect in return :)

No smoking anywhere on the property. Needless to say, no drugs or parties are allowed either. Please respect our home as if it were your own
Water is precious on California's Central Coast, so please be mindful when taps are running. As we are having an extreme drought, please take short showers (~5min). Thank you for helping us conserve!
We would truly appreciate if you could remember to turn off all lights and fans prior to leaving the house. To avoid excessive electricity charges, there is a limit of 1 load of laundry per week per room. In the event guests do not follow this rule, there will be additional charges through AirBnb.
Please avoid flushing anything other than toilet tissue. Any plumbing charges will apply to guest.
In the event a guest loses the keys provided them (front door, room key, etc...), there will be a $40 charge per lost key in order to replace the locks for security purposes. Thank you for being mindful!
For safety reasons, overnight or day guests must be cleared with me at least 1 week prior to their arrival.
Cooking appliances within the kitchen are shared amenities. Food is not. Please be respectful of others property and space as that consideration will be afforded to you! Any misuse, damage or theft will be accounted for through the security deposit.
I do not allow guests to use this address as their house address. There are plenty of local mail services, please make the appropriate arrangements for receiving your mail.
While checkout period is anytime before 11am, please notify me once you are ready to depart so we can do the formal room inspection and key return.
