This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. It features a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cooktop and dishwasher, a fireplace, air conditioners and double glazed windows, open plan living and large entertaining deck with lake and mountain views across Queenstown. Full laundry facilities including brand new washing machine and dryer. There is a sofa bed in the ensuite downstairs and it's free to use. It you are about to relocate this sofa bed, please ensure it goes back to its original position after use.
During your stay, we provide:
- Bed linens, towels, consumables (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, toilet rolls...)
- in-room WiFi with unlimited data
- Use of the Nespresso Machine with capsules provided.
- If you'd like additional or daily room service (including change of linen and towels), please contact us to arrange for a fee.

This apartment is about 7 mins drive to town based on normal traffic. It is recommended to have a car, as the apartment is located half way on the mountain and it takes effort to walk the way up.

- The house is situated within a nice and quiet residential areas. Please be respectful of the neighbourhood.
- Please do not use the dryer after 8pm, as it creates noise that interferes the neighbour.
