You'll start your day in the best neighborhood in San Francisco (The "Marina"). Grab a coffee at Peet's, Starbucks or Wrecking Ball, then lunch at Delarosa, or Tacolicious. Grab sundries at Apple, Walgreens or Safeway. Stroll to the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Chrissy Field, or Fisherman's Wharf. SHOPPING!!! Cow Hollow. Drinks at Tipsy Pig. Then head "home" to a comfy queen bed, office work space w/, 24" monitor, printer, scanner, kitchen, refrigerator. Take a tub, relax. Ahh.
It's everything you need and nothing you don't. Perfectly "San Francisco-sized" larger studio with all the amenities if you need to work or just play. Comfy queen bed and mid-century couch. TV with local channels only (no cable) forces you to get out and enjoy SF, and not be a couch potato. Blazing fast 100MB/sec Comcast Internet accessible via WiFi! Laser printer (b&w Samsung ML-2510) and color scanner (Epson Perfection 2580) on a cart roll out of the closet if you need to be productive. Home office includes chair, desk and 24" monitor w/Thunderbolt/DVI/VGA connections. Tons of power outlets on both sides of entertainment cart. Use of Apple charging cable on nightstand. Amazon Echo answers your questions ("Alexa, what's the weather today?") Full kitchen w/ Oster blender so you can make smoothies if you desire (but get out and eat, there are so many great restaurants within a 2 minute walk and it IS San Francisco). Fridge to keep your snacks cold, help yourself to anything in there. Use of mountain bike w/locking cable included.

You will have full access to the entire studio. Quarter operated $2 each: washer & dryer are downstairs near the recycling and trash bins.

While I'll be away traveling, I'm always available via text to provide recommendations or to answer any questions about the space. I want your stay to be great!
Like most buildings in San Francisco, the electrical has not been fully updated. While I don't expect there to ever be an issue, if by some chance you overload the electrical, you may need to replace fuses, which I provide. It's not something to worry about, but I would advise you to be mindful of using more than ONE electricity draining appliances at the same time (microwave, hairdryer, blender, etc.). Normal devices (TV, laptop, phone chargers, etc.) are not an issue.
- No pets (prefer no pet owners as I have strong allergies to latent pet hair)
- Prefer you remove shoes once you enter the unit.
- Quiet hours after 10 pm.
- No parties or events allowed as this is a quiet building.
- Storing bags/luggage before/after check-in is not guaranteed; plan on storing bags at "California Welcome Center - PIER 39"
Native Coloradoan living in SF. I love where I live in the Marina, and so will you. Marketer by trade, Mechanical Engineer by training I love to build and you'll see accents of this throughout my space, from the custom wood entertainment center that cozies up perfectly against the bay window to the LED lighted floor length closet mirror that lights up when you step in front of it. My space is a reflection of who I am - Maker. Neat. Contemporary. Looking forward to hosting your SF adventure.
